Competition Rules

  • Entry is by registration of your existing mortgage details with Abbey Broadway by noon on 31st  August 2011.
  • There will be one winner and one prize.
  • The winner will need to provide details of their current monthly mortgage interest or rental payment.
  • The prize will consist of 1 payment equal to the winner’s monthly mortgage interest or rent for 3 months up to a maximum of £3,000.
  • There is no alternative to the stated prize.
  • The draw will take place on 1st September 2011 and the winner notified that day.
  • The winner's name and county address will be available from the promoter between 4th and 30th  September 2011, provided an SAE is enclosed.
  • The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The promoter of the offer is Abbey Broadway Ltd, 32 Sovereign St, Leeds LS1 4BJ.
